Dr. Raad holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas (Highest Honors). Masters of Science in Systems Engineering of same university and another M.S in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology NYIT (with distinction level). He is currently the Director of the Engineering Physics Program in the Xavier University Ohio. He is probably one of its youngest professors as well. Dr. Raad currently teaches Biomedical and Electrical Engineering Courses at the Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. Previously, at the University of California States in Sonoma. He is an author and co-author of several science books and publications. He also has established along with his Iraqi American friends an initiative called Science and Technology Against Terrorism (STAT). He is a musician that plays on three different instruments. Dr. Raad will support our Bridge on its youth as well as the Disaster Risk Reduction Programs.
